I am going to be more committed to the typesof food I put in my body I will start shopping at Farmers MArkets and Whole Foods more I am getting too sick fromwhat i ate
I have finished the millet and amanthe and need togetmore For breakfast I had Herb tes, KAshi go lean mixed with Heart to heart and flax seds with hazelnut milk This is one of my favortoe breakfasts I was so sick My stomach was in pain I thought this was a healthy breakfast
Also the list of fruits and vegetables So many of my favorite are on the cintaminated list But at least there is plenty in the less contaminated list that Ilike
This is going to be difficult but I am coimmitted to a healthy body and I need to work as hard as I can
I had some quinoa last night I need toi find a tiny strainer to clean it Mine is too big
Well Iam having a Pa,pered Chef party tomrrow to raise money for American Cancer Society
My 24hour Relay for Life is a week from Sat
