Yeah, baths are a strange thing. I never take them either. Something about sitting in a pool of my own filthe that boths me. If I do take a bath, not that I am a dirty person, I shower daily I always rinse off in the shower afterwards. I don't know what that's about.

Hi PTC, Well, you have the right idea -- there's nothing like being by the pool, by the ocean -- any nice body of water, actually, to bring on relaxation. Something about the negative ions causing positive feelings. I was wondering if the same effect could happen by sitting outside the bathtub...and then I realized the idea is to sit IN the bathtub. Anyway, while I don't often think to take a bath to relax, I realize that each time I have, I end up sleeping well -- especially on a cold, winter's night.

With love,
Heather

Hi Frida, Thanks for stopping by and letting me know about your colonic! I hope you are feeling back to normal. I have to get over for a visit on your blog and catch up -- all this traveling has kept me incommunicado lately -- I miss you!

Hmmm, think the word thoughts, and watch them leave. I'm going to try that next time!

So, I've done my colonic last night, feeling crampy and gassy today. Also tired and bloated. I know it's just the cleansing, and my body adjusting, but it's taken a toll on me today...nothing I can't handle, but I can feel it. I do feel good about it though, and will do my 2nd one when I get back from Europe.

Haven't heard from you in a while, good to see you're doing a-ok.

Love,
Frida
