		<description>Hi PTC, Yes - I am with you on the denial and avoidance.  I found myself in that place a lot too.  Even now, when I start to get an overbusy schedule, I catch myself saying, &quot;I can get through this, it&#039;s not that bad,...&quot; 

And then of course, there are about 80 things that &quot;are not that bad&quot; piling up to more than anyone should take on at once. Lately, I&#039;ve learned that stress is really at the root of everything.  I am thankful that at least I am treating my body well with nourishing food, so that I can stay grounded in times of stress...and stop the madness of stress before it takes me over and burns me out!!! :)
