I honestly believe that we don't have to protect ourselves from anything "out there" in the world -- except negative energy. So working with energy and learning to raise energy levels has been fascinating for me. The Infinite Love & Gratitude technique is wonderful because it taps into what our body is trying to say to us -- so that we can listen and heal. Very cool. I am guessing that as you continue to work with energy (you already are noticing how it's working for you!!!), you'll find out how much power you have to create your ideal life.
