Many of you know that part of my recovery proceses was resolving physical pain I had experienced since way before bulimia ever showed up in my life.
Yet just as important, I had started to change emotionally and spiritually as well. The interesting thing is, for me, it wasn’t until I reached a level of physical balance that everything clicked into place.
I know that everyone is different…healing is very personal and can vary with each individual.
But it seems that one thing is true for everyone. And it’s this idea of balance. I would define balance as feeling centered and grounded. It does not mean that everything is “perfect” all the time. Someone once said that it’s like being on a seesaw — sometimes you’re up, sometimes you’re down and sometimes you’re evenly balanced in the middle. The idea is NOT to stay stagnant, but to have a sense that there is a flow…and to trust that flow.
Over the past year, I have learned a tremendous amount about how the body, mind and spirit heal. And how to create this balance. How to use your inner guidance system to bring you there. This is KEY…and I mean KEY…to recovery.
One of my best teachers in this process was Dr. Darren Weissman, who created The LifeLine Technique — a new paradigm in healing. The LifeLine Technique actually goes into your subconscious mind to help you heal. Your subconscious mind is BELOW CHOICE…you don’t even know certain emotions are there and getting in the way of your ability to heal.
So it’s not about willpower…it’s actually your subconcious mind.
Your subconscious mind controls things like breathing, your heart beat, your digestive system, your emotions, essentially your body and all the things that are instinctual and ritualistic. So when you have symptoms of illness, fear, depression or addiction, it’s your body speaking to you…telling you it’s time to awaken to a part of yourself you need to know.
Read about the first LifeLine Technique session I had in this post: The Power of Infinite Love & Gratitude.
I’m excited today because Dr. Darren Weissman, creator of The LifeLine Technique, is doing a big promotion for anyone who buys his book. If you purchase his book, The Power of Infinite Love and Gratitude, you will receive bonuses from many world renowned conscious visionaries.
You’ll also get a free download about the Body Ecology Diet from Donna Gates – it’s her audio CD called “The Benefits of A Probiotic Diet.” AND you’ll get free entry into Dr. Darren Weissman’s 8-week book club, where he’ll walk you through how to heal and thrive with The Power of Infinite Love & Gratitude.
Here’s How:
- Purchase The Power of Infinite Love and Gratitude from Amazon here.
- Then go here and fill in the Hay House form with your information & Amazon Order Number. You will see all the bonuses from here.
- After you fill in your information and order #, you will be able to download all of your free gifts!
I am definitely participating in Dr. Weissman’s 8-week book club. I don’t know if any of you watched Oprah & Eckhart Tolle’s online book club for A New Earth — I loved it! Dr. Weissman’s will be just as amazing. I hope you will join and we can talk about it here, if you like. There is a lot from his book that will open your mind to feeling more empowered about your ability to recover.
Dr. Weissman will also be speaking in Las Vegas at the I Can Do It conference at the end of this month (June 26 – 29). My husband is going to see him speak, so I’m sure we’ll have a lot to talk about afterwards. For anyone who is going, there will be discounted LifeLine Technique sessions done at the event — just go to Dr. Weissman’s booth in the expo and sign up early before everyone else finds out!
