		<description>Hi Karen, it&#039;s great that you have learned to do this.  I agree that people come and go in our lives.  At some point, I guess we have to trust that when one goes, another will show up.  This allows us to learn and grow -- and open our lives to people who have values that are in alignment with where we are as we ourselves change.  

It&#039;s wonderful that you realize it&#039;s not personal -- and it&#039;s just the process of life &amp; change.  This way, you can love yourself regardless of outside circumstances!  Thanks for reminding us to do that!
