Hi Lana, Thank you for your comment -- it's wonderful to hear that you are out there promoting healty alternatives as well. I really agree with you about our bodies giving us signals when something is wrong -- and the more we listen, the better we get at adjusting without fear. I used to be so afraid of everything my body did that was confusing. Now I look at it with wonder and interest, listening and adjusting. It feels a lot better this way.

I appreciate that you came to visit my blog and hope you'll come back often -- it's always nice to hear from someone with so much knowledge about health. I think we can all learn from each other too -- which is so important since there is still too little information out there!

With love,
Heather

Thank-you so much for this wealth of health information! I too believe in living an all natural life & eating whole fresh foods and staying away from the bad food additives. Afterall a life without meds is the life for me. I haven't taken an advil or tylenol in over 4 years. I believe our bodies give us signs when something is wrong or not working right and taking a pill to cover up those symptoms is not the answer. It is my passion in life to help others gain health and nutrition knowledge and I love meeting and learning from others who have the same mission. Thank-you for being one of the health helpers in this world, and great job on the post....I couldn't have put it better myself! Peace & Love & Health to you all:)

Oh, this so interesting! I've done a lot of research about nutrition and food combining but I still have times when I crave the stuff that I KNOW that I will have a bad physical/emotional reaction to. I'm gonna go back and read this whole blog over the weekend!

P.S. I read Michelle Hope's blog and that's how I found you. xoxoxoxo
